End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Ondrej Tomasek ("we," "us," or "our") for the use of LinkResume software and services at ww.linkresume.net.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LinkResume, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. License Grant

2.1. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Access and use LinkResume
  • Create and manage resumes
  • Use available features according to your paid plan

2.2. This license is conditional upon:

  • Valid account registration
  • Compliance with this Agreement
  • Payment of applicable fees
  • Adherence to usage limits

3. Subscription Plans

3.1. Free Plan:

  • Basic resume creation
  • No public hosting
  • Limited features

3.2. 1-Year Pass:

  • One year of public hosting
  • Full feature access
  • Create more resumes

3.3. Lifetime Deal:

  • Perpetual public hosting
  • Full feature access
  • Create more resumes

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1. Our Rights:

  • All software code
  • Design elements
  • Trademarks
  • Service infrastructure

4.2. Your Rights:

  • Your resume content
  • Custom URLs (subject to availability)
  • Analytics data from your resume

5. Usage Restrictions

You may not: 5.1. Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the software 5.2. Create derivative works 5.3. Remove copyright notices 5.4. Circumvent usage limitations 5.5. Resell or redistribute the service 5.6. Use for illegal purposes

6. User Obligations

You must: 6.1. Maintain accurate account information 6.2. Protect account credentials 6.3. Use the service responsibly 6.4. Comply with all applicable laws 6.5. Report security issues promptly

7. Technical Requirements

7.1. Modern web browser 7.2. Stable internet connection 7.3. JavaScript enabled 7.4. Cookies enabled

8. Updates and Maintenance

8.1. We may:

  • Update the software
  • Add or remove features
  • Perform maintenance
  • Modify service terms

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Third-party actions
  • Consequential damages

12.2. Maximum liability limited to fees paid

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from:
