Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to LinkResume ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our service at www.linkresume.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our service.

2. Definitions

  • "Service" refers to LinkResume, a resume builder and resume hosting platform
  • "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or entity using our Service
  • "Resume" refers to any resume or profile created using our Service
  • "Plan" refers to our subscription offerings, including the 1-Year Pass and Lifetime Deal

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. 3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. 3.3. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Service Description

4.1. LinkResume provides tools for creating and hosting resumes online. 4.2. Free users can create resume but cannot make them publicly accessible. 4.3. Paid users can make their resumes public and accessible via custom URLs. 4.4. Each user is limited to ammount resumes unless otherwise specified. 4.5. Paid users can use analytics to track their resumes.

5. Payment Plans and Payment

5.1. We offer two payment plans:

  • 1-Year Pass: One-time payment for 12 months of access with specified resume limits
  • Lifetime Deal: One-time payment for access to the service for as long as it continues to operate

5.2. "Lifetime" Definition and Service Continuity:

  • The "Lifetime Deal" provides access to the service for as long as LinkResume continues to operate
  • "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the service, not the lifetime of the user
  • We reserve the right to discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice
  • In the event of service discontinuation, no refunds will be provided for lifetime plans
  • We will provide at least 30 days notice before any service discontinuation
  • During this notice period, users will be able to export their data

5.3. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. 5.4. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect existing paid plans. 5.5. No refunds will be provided except where required by law.

6. User Content

6.1. You retain ownership of your resume content. 6.2. You grant us a license to host, display, and share your resume content. 6.3. You are responsible for ensuring your content:

  • Is accurate and not misleading
  • Does not violate any laws or third-party rights
  • Does not contain malicious code or harmful content

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not: 7.1. Use the Service for any illegal purpose 7.2. Share account credentials with others 7.3. Attempt to circumvent any service limitations 7.4. Interfere with the proper operation of the Service 7.5. Scrape or collect user data without authorization

8. Analytics and Data Collection

8.1. We provide analytics data about resume visits to our users. 8.2. Analytics data collection complies with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. 8.3. For our analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4). 8.4. For users resume analytics, we use custom built analytics that includes: - Visits - Visit duration - Traffic sources - Device information - Demographics

9. Service Availability and Support

9.1. We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. 9.2. Technical support is available via email at infolinkresume@gmail.com. 9.3. Response times may vary based on issue severity and subscription status.

10. Termination

10.1. You may terminate your account at any time. 10.2. We may terminate or suspend your account for Terms violations. 10.3. Upon termination: - Public resumes will become inaccessible - You may export your data within 30 days - No refunds will be issued

11. Changes to Terms

11.1. We may modify these Terms at any time. 11.2. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms. 11.3. Significant changes will be notified via email.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. 12.2. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 12.3. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service.

14. Governing Law
